Life-long passion

My name is Will Gross and I’ve been cooking professionally in capital area kitchens for the last 12 years.  

I’m a graduate of Schenectady County Community College’s Culinary Hotel and Hospitality Management program and I come from a long line of family cooks. From backyard BBQs to holiday dinners to family celebrations, I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. 

Opening my own spot and serving the food I love has always been a dream. I’m thrilled that I get to live it this year as I take over the reins of the Hungry Traveler, the Capital Region’s premier food truck. 

I’m looking forward to dishing up Hungry Traveler favorites as well as adding a few touches of my own into the mix.
